I have had bad experiences since day one, but recently it has gotten so much worse. I needed to switch rooms due to special circumstances and it is like pulling teeth with them. No one knows any information, they kept changing their story and going back on their word. They say they offer transfers with a 200 dollar transfer fee but refuse to transfer people. They do not care about their residents and management is horrible. I haven't even been here for a year and it is the worst experience I have ever had.

****update: It is damn near impossible to get in touch with anyone from corporate. You get sent straight to a voice mailbox and have to leave a message. 24 hours went by and I still hadn't heard anything back. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
